I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

I’ve just had the most magical reflexology treatment with Michelle, and honestly, I didn’t realise how much I needed it until I drifted off to sleep on the couch. From the moment I arrived, everything felt perfect — the warm welcome, the soothing atmosphere, and those heavenly hot towels on my feet. The treatment itself was pure bliss. I left feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, and with such relief in my achy feet — not to mention all the incredible holistic benefits that come with reflexology. I’ll definitely be making this a regular ritual!

I am not exaggerating that Rose is without a doubt the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She is friendly and gives amazing massages. The room is cosy and relaxing and the bed is incredibly comfortable. I hope Rose knows how good she is. Have a lovely Christmas and a lovely break.

My second visit to Michelle after having a brilliant experience of a pregnancy massage. This time I opted for the pregnancy reflexology and it was incredible. Had my feet and toenails done received information on foot care very good service already booked next appointment

This was my first ever visit to a foot care place. As a man, I don't normally think about going to this sort of place. My wife bought my treatment as a gift. Mel was great. She made me feel at ease straight away. She gave me great advice on looking after my feet. My feet feel great now. Highly recommend.
