I managed to get a last minute appointment yesterday, visiting for the first time and I am thrilled. Donna is so lovely and friendly whilst being absolutely meticulous with her manicures! She has a fantastic array of colours, glitters and chromes so you are spoilt for choice with options in her pretty little salon. She even patiently helped me decide between two incredibly similar shades! 5 star experience and I am very happy with my fresh autumnal nails! 💅🏼

I’ve been going to Donna for years, and have followed her from salon to salon. I am beyond delighted for her that she’s now her own boss. She’s not just an incredibly skilled nail tech and beautician, she’s also kind, sassy, and just the right amount of bad assy! Every visit is more than just a beauty appointment, it’s a catch-up, a laugh, and a little escape from the everyday. Donna always makes you feel welcome, valued, and fabulous. Her attention to detail is second to none, and she somehow always knows exactly what you need, whether it’s a glam new set of nails or just a good old natter.

I went to Rose for a lymphatic drainage massage earlier today to help with my Lupus. Rose was incredibly knowledgeable about my condition and really looked after me during the appointment. She was lovely and I’m really glad I found this place!

Lovely experience. Staff at Frankies went that extra mile to enable me to park on their drive - school sports day opposite so no parking- then I was able to let Donna do her wonderful magic with my nails in her new salon. Thanks to all. I'd recommend Donna to anyone she's gentle, but so good at what she does.
