The reflexology melted away my anxiety, and her massage released so much deep tension in my shoulders and neck. The Reiki and energy balancing left me feeling grounded, clear, and truly restored. Outstanding! It was my first experience of reflexology after I was recommended to try it to ease some pregnancy discomfort. Oh my Sam was incredible, she explained everything to me, was so comforting and I really felt like she could read my needs. I followed this with a chakra reading and an Indian head massage and felt incredible - like I was cleared of stale air and energy that didn't serve. I was so surprised when I walked home to notice my pelvis pain had eased and I had more mobility and lightness in my step! Excited for my next booking and would highly recommend.

I got a long massage starting with my legs. I have numerous small troubles over my body and this stretching, turning massage made me feel the hole of my body in a new way. She has just returned from yet another round of training (more Thai Yoga massage), so my most recent massage had loads of brilliant new techniques to relax and release. I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

I booked an appointment which was half reflexology and half back massage. After experiencing years of anxiety, I came out feeling relaxed and calm for the first time in a long time. Thai yoga massage was like nothing I've experienced before! I went in not really feeling achy or tense but just really felt that I wanted a good stretch, and I definitely got that. I booked two hours, and it passed in no time. I'll most certainly be back.

I had serious odd symptoms on my face of which the normal healthcare professionals are not so concerned. These are anyways causing me discomfort and interrupt my daily activities. She did the detective work in the spot, and work through the process intuitively supporting me to find solage. The massage turn to be a real comfort even if she found some very painful areas in the upper back area. And also, she gave good advice how to continue to enhance the healing process. .

Amazing holistic experience with Nat. She puts her heart and soul in everything she does.
