I had the most wonderful experience with Sam at Sage Therapies. She has such a calming, nurturing presence that you feel held from the moment you arrive. I've been having massages with Ellie for a number of years now, but what really impresses me is how Ellie is constantly developing her (already considerable) skills. She has just returned from yet another round of training (more Thai Yoga massage), so my most recent massage had loads of brilliant new techniques to relax and release. Outstanding! It was my first experience of reflexology after I was recommended to try it to ease some pregnancy discomfort. Oh my Sam was incredible, she explained everything to me, was so comforting and I really felt like she could read my needs. I followed this with a chakra reading and an Indian head massage and felt incredible - like I was cleared of stale air and energy that didn't serve. I was so surprised when I walked home to notice my pelvis pain had eased and I had more mobility and lightness in my step! Excited for my next booking and would highly recommend.

I had a 2 hour top to toe massage today again with Caty. After weeks of stress while grieving for my late dad, I decided to book in the day before his funeral and I'm so pleased that i did. Caty provides the best way in which we can have some self care time and everyone these days has so much stress in their lives. I visited Cover Beauty for the first time today for a Spa Pedicure and gel nails with Angela. I was really impressed with the service, Angela was so friendly and she made sure I was happy with every aspect of the treatment. I was seen on time and if anything was given a longer treatment than I paid for - the extra long foot massage at the end was much appreciated! I would highly recommend Cover Beauty, it’s definitely my new nail place! Much better than my usual place where you can’t make an appointment and have to wait for hours to be seen! 10/10 for Angela and Cover Beauty!

I went for the first time today after having moved to the area, had a back massage, reiki and reflexology and I will for sure become a regular! I want to say a big thank you to my dear friend Catey. This wonderful human has massaged me today and even though I was screeching at some of the knotted bits she was manipulating, the hot stones and oils have left me feeling incredible. I didn’t fall asleep as we had too much to catch up on, but I could have done. I budget and make time to get my nails done every month, and I will be doing the same with the massage. This is life giving and she was able to help relieve the pain in my right leg and lower back. I promise I will be back xx

I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.

Welll where do i start. Catey is lush and her reflexology is amazinf we spoke about my whole feet aching and the pressure points I needed to work on was a lush session. Highly recommend .....shes also a witch sooooo 10/10 for that too

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. I went to Catey with specific problem areas to which she advised me on treatment & tailored her 60 minute Hot Stone massage to those areas, making a start on removing my knots 🫣 I felt very comfortable & relaxed throughout. Her room is lovely and warm with low lights & calming sounds. Catey was very professional. I will be returning very soon & would most definitely recommend Catey 🤗
