I got a long massage starting with my legs. I have numerous small troubles over my body and this stretching, turning massage made me feel the hole of my body in a new way. I had the most wonderful experience with Sam at Sage Therapies. She has such a calming, nurturing presence that you feel held from the moment you arrive. The reflexology melted away my anxiety, and her massage released so much deep tension in my shoulders and neck. The Reiki and energy balancing left me feeling grounded, clear, and truly restored. I've been having massages with Ellie for a number of years now, but what really impresses me is how Ellie is constantly developing her (already considerable) skills. She has just returned from yet another round of training (more Thai Yoga massage), so my most recent massage had loads of brilliant new techniques to relax and release. Outstanding! It was my first experience of reflexology after I was recommended to try it to ease some pregnancy discomfort. Oh my Sam was incredible, she explained everything to me, was so comforting and I really felt like she could read my needs. I followed this with a chakra reading and an Indian head massage and felt incredible - like I was cleared of stale air and energy that didn't serve. I was so surprised when I walked home to notice my pelvis pain had eased and I had more mobility and lightness in my step! Excited for my next booking and would highly recommend.

Excellent pedicure as usual. Katie is really friendly and makes you feel at ease (even with me awful feet!).

Absolutely beautiful experience, the space Sam has created here and the services she offers are incredible. I went for the first time today after having moved to the area, had a back massage, reiki and reflexology and I will for sure become a regular! Used Fresha to find a massage as I was in town today and hadn’t had one for so long! Took a call from Ellie to warn me she was running slightly behind and to push the appointment back 15 mins, I really appreciated this. From the moment I arrived, Ellie explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable. The massage itself was the first deep tissue massage I’ve ever had and I left feeling like a new man! I’ll be back, Ellie is a legend! Thank you.

I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.

Thai yoga massage was like nothing I've experienced before! I went in not really feeling achy or tense but just really felt that I wanted a good stretch, and I definitely got that. I booked two hours, and it passed in no time. I'll most certainly be back.

Beautiful Christmas toes and a lovely back massage with perfect pressure for me !

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!
