Had both my first and second visits with Dahlia and they were both great experiences. She is so lovely and friendly, and incredibly thorough with the facial wax (went back and plucked any remaining hairs). Came back a few days after for my first ever facial and she remembered recommending an enzyme peel for my acne. I felt I was in safe hands because she made sure the products I used wouldn't cause any issues. The facial itself was wonderful, did not expect to have a massage included, and she also kindly took the time to suggest a skincare product to help with acne - thank you!

Absolutely fantastic!!! I had my back massage and enzyme oxygen peel with Jodie. I can't tell you how relaxing it was. Jodie was wonderful, carying and made sure every detail of the service was performed to the perfection. The salon has beautiful calming vibe, everything is so clean. I had the most unreal experience today, Serenity spa facial and eyelash lift and tint with Jodie. The face, décolletage and scalp massage was incredible, I’ve had a lot of massages over the years being a beauty therapist myself and I can confirm Jodie’s hands are unreal. My eyelashes are perfect and my skin feels refreshed. The whole experience was professional and so friendly I will definitely be back. Thank you so much for pampering my tired pregnant self and making me feel so comfortable.

Pan is an excellent massage therapist. In the last few years I have been managing a physical injury. Pan is very good at tailoring my experience to what my body’s muscles are doing on the day. If Pan is not available, I can always book online with another massage therapist, or at Kirin Thai Massage. I like the online booking service - it makes it easy to find an appointment that fits in with my schedule. All the massage therapists are professional and the premises are always clean and tidy.
