My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. Like always I've been to kamila for an pampering day regarding eyebrows colour boost ,dermaplaning and lash lift and tint and she did amazing 👏. She's always given me to good advise regarding after procedures and making sure I understand completely. I've always had a love/hate relationship with my eyebrows. Until Kamila transformed them.... I went in for powder brows and from the first consultation Kamila put my mind at ease, thorough discussion regarding shape and colour, aftercare and what to expect from the treatment. My only issue is that I didn't do it sooner!!

Char is THE best at hair extensions in York by a mile. The blend is outrageous, colour match is spot on, she just knows exactly how to make it look so natural. She’s also the best therapist whilst working! The easiest person to talk to, goes above & beyond to accommodate you with every appointment. Just always a pleasure. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I booked a 45 minute Swedish massage with Amy, and I requested firm pressure. This massage was better than the usual sports massages I get. I will be certain to book in here again during my next visit to York.

Lovely haircut by Alex. She listened to my concerns and gave advice while also sticking with what I asked for. Will definitely be back next time I’m in York.

I’ve been going to Hannah now for a few years, I am always astounded by her amazing work, she is just the queen of all lash queens. Not only is Hannah fantastic at what she does she is also a beautiful person inside & out & through going to her I’ve gained a friend who I always feel comfortable talking to, she has listened to me when I’ve been sad or upset or needed a rant, and when I’ve had amazing news to share or just general chit-chat. Hannah comes very highly recommended from me, I’d never go anywhere else for my lashes ♥️

Thank you so much Zoe for my lash liner treatment! I was a little apprehensive at first as wasn’t sure how the results would look. Zoe put me completely at ease and assured me I would love it. I do! It’s so subtle but makes a big difference , my eyes look so much brighter and awake. The procedure didn’t hurt and I felt comfortable throughout . Thanks again!
