Just a consultation (for now) but Angela has proven why she is one of the most sought after artists in Portsmouth. Although I’ve not yet experienced her work as an artist, she’s really taken the time to ensure I am fully involved in the process and made me feel 100% at ease with my decision. Had such a great experience with Bella! She was really professional but also quick, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I went for angel lashes and they turned out perfect. She really personalises them to suit you, which I loved. Definitely recommend!
