This was my first time at Imperfection Beauty and I was so impressed. I had the LV Lash Lift and tint and eye brow wax. I am so happy with my lashes they are fantastic. The service was very warm and friendly. I highly recommend Imperfection Beauty!

Patsy is AMAZING!! Just moved back to London and the first lash tech I went to really damaged my lashes but Patsy fixed them seamlessly and so, so quickly!! Her set up is really cosy and she’s absolutely lovely. Will be recommending her to everyone ❤️

After many disappointing trips to various different hairdressers in SE London, Hermine really took care of my hair today, and I am truly grateful. I have stubborn grey roots that can be challenging to touch up correctly, but she persisted and she checked in with me every step of the way, ensuring that I left the salon feeling happy. I now have a great cut and a rich new hair colour, just in time for my birthday! Thank you so much, Hermine.

The best aesthetic salon in London! Whether it’s Lashes, facials, Botox or Laser, Late Night beauty salon does it and does it well. All the staff are welcoming and professional. The two neighbouring sites are decorated to a high standard and maintained consistently. I will never go anywhere else!

I have been to so many places for treatment. That's including very popular places in Central London as I lived near Central befor I moved to Crystal palace. I was looking somewhere new for my treatment and I found this Gem call " La Belle Jolie"!!!. Outstanding treatment came with Outstanding service from all the staff. I simply Couldn't thanks enough. Also staff are full of positive attitude. I definitely not going anywhere else now. I wish I can give more than 5 stars.

This is the best salon I have been to in London. Gigi went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything recently. She such an amazing job with my nails on Sunday. The whole team is warm and the environment is lovely. 10/10 would really recommend to everyone. Thank you! Megan x

I had a Korean lash lift done by Donna and I’m absolutely in love with the results! She was incredibly professional, gentle, and explained the whole process which made me feel very comfortable. My lashes look beautifully lifted, natural, and perfectly separated – exactly what I wanted. Donna clearly pays great attention to detail and takes pride in her work. Mel is very friendly, kind, and always listening to you even tough is just personal. I am always saying to myself I can not rate more than 5 stars but I could give you plenty. This was my second visit to the salon, and once again, I am absolutely blown away! I came in for refresh highlights and Slavic hair extensions, and the results are stunning , truly the best quality hair extensions I’ve found in London in a long while and at a very reasonable price. The extensions blend flawlessly, and the highlights gave my hair such a fresh, radiant look! A huge thank you to Nina, who is honestly SO talented.
