I recently had my hair washed and blow-dried, and this was my third visit to the salon for this service. Each time has been consistently fantastic. I love booking in every three weeks — or before special events — because it helps me feel refreshed, confident, and put together. The service is always professional, relaxing, and finished beautifully. It truly is the best value for money in the Newcastle region. Highly recommend using BB&LB at Charlestown. Best eyelash tint I've ever had, eyes don't feel like I've swam in chlorine. Definitely will go back, and also try other treatments.

Absolutely love this place my best salon ever in Newcastle. This wasn’t my first visit, and every time I come in for eyebrow threading, I leave completely satisfied. The staff are always welcoming, professional, and incredibly skilled. The threading is quick, precise, and nearly painless, and my brows always come out looking perfect. It was amazing. I didn’t get her name but the girl who was working walked us through the process to get our lash lift and tint as my sister and I have never gotten it done before. She also did my eyebrows and they look amazing. Highly recommend :)
