After many disappointing trips to various different hairdressers in SE London, Hermine really took care of my hair today, and I am truly grateful. I have stubborn grey roots that can be challenging to touch up correctly, but she persisted and she checked in with me every step of the way, ensuring that I left the salon feeling happy. I always have a good experience when I get my eyelashes done. I don’t often get them done only on special occasions. I love them and always get compliments. A fantastic experience overall. As an individual that struggles to sleep, I fell asleep 5 minutes into the facial - Says it all really!

The massage was really good this time! There was just enough pressure. :) It paid off to tell the masseuse to put more pressure than last time. I felt sleepy the same evening and the morning after, but I think that’s normal.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for this! I came in for brow lamination and had such a great experience from start to finish. Renata was welcoming, knowledgeable, and very precise with her work. She carefully shaped my brows to suit my face and the results are better than I imagined ! The whole appointment felt relaxing and professional. I’m genuinely impressed and will definitely return. If you’re thinking about getting your brows done, this is the place to go!
