I had a brow appointment with Charlie today, I was so nervous, and haven’t had my brows done in around 6 months. I have a big scar going through my eyebrow. I never seem to get the results I’m looking for so I just gave up, I then come across Charlie’s page and thought her work look immaculate. So I booked in and I can say with confidence I was not disappointed at all! She exceeded my expectations and I’ve never been so happy with my brows! Charlie restored my confidence and I can’t thank her enough! Safe to say it was an amazing experience, she was so friendly and gentle when waxing me! 👍🏽

Charlie is truly a magician! I have quite sparse brows and a chicken pox scar that never takes to dye. She managed to make my brows look so full and fluffy and even covered my scar. Couldn’t be happier, my brows look incredible, such a talent

I’ve been going to Charlie for my brow laminations since April 2025 & will never stop. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and always makes you leave feeling 10x more confident. She’s also one of the most loving kindest souls ever. You can tell Charlie exactly what you want and she will deliver every time. What I love most is that she doesn’t do the same brows on everyone she really takes the time to understand what each person wants and what works best for them individually. I have problematic skin which includes large pores, pigmentation and mixture of oily and dry areas. Maya provided a soothing, theraputic facial and shoulder massage, also applying pressure to the lymphatic areas. Maya explained the issues I had and recommended key products to help with hydration and general repair of my skin. She did not force me to buy shop products and instead encouraged me to research products that i would be comfortable with. Thank you Maya!

Excellent, relaxing, clean environment. Maya performs her services with high attention to detail. Felt very comfortable. The area was calm & confidential with soothing music in the background. I'm sure I drifted off to sleep!

I had such a great first time experience with this lash tech today. She is a lovely lady, and made me feel very comfortable. The lashes she did were beautiful, and I'm super happy with them! I was surprised how quick she had done them, considering the lashes were top tier quality! She also gave me great advice on how to look after my lashes to keep them lasting longer. Which no other tech has done for me before! She sure went above and beyond and I will 100% be a returning customer :) thank you again!
