Rupal was friendly gentle and kind. She was able to enhance my eye brows natural features and knew exactly what she was doing to compliment my face. The hand cream with massage was a lovely touch while we waited for my tint to set. The Echo is conveniently located near my house, and after reading the positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. I booked both a haircut and eyebrow threading with Niani. I arrived early, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Niani was wonderful. She kindly suggested a haircut style that would suit me and offered great advice for my hair. I can not express how greatful I am for the team at Echo my hair was ruined by a previous hair dresser, I have been so embarrassed by it for the past 7 weeks, the ladies all worked together to creating a healthy beautiful colour and style while at fixing my eyebrows and lashes at the same time I truely can’t thank them enough!
