Steven is the best Sports Therapist I’ve ever been to. His knowledge is second to none and his approach was completely tailored from the word go. Really impressed - I felt a huge improvement after the sports massage and now have no pain in my lower back which is great. Can’t recommend enough!

First visit! Small and personal salon, off the main high street so is very calm and quiet. Facilities are clean, minimalist in design but functional. Treatment rooms has wonder full sky lights so very open and airy. Great service, provided in a very professional manner - will definitely be back

Excellent sports massage on my back and neck. Coral is very intuitive about the level of pressure that is most effective and is also very good at suggesting exercises that can be done at home by way of additional self-help. She is very professional and approachable. Thoroughly recommended.
