Lucy is lovely as always , today was one year on from when I had my first ever micro-needling appointment. Lucy showed me the before and after photos and wow I was taken aback . Sometimes we are our own worst critic and we don’t realize how much progress we’ve made . I am delighted and couldn’t thank Lucy more for being part of that progress . I was a little nervous when going for my treatment but Jess instantly calmed me and talked me through what was going to happen. I had micro needling with a serum booster after and she talked me through the whole thing and made the appointment a really relaxing and enjoyable one ☺️

I had microneedling for the very first time today, so I had no idea what to expect. Lucy explained everything about the treatment beforehand, describing what it would feel like and how my face might appear afterwards. Lucy is so friendly and she helped me feel at ease throughout. It wasn’t at all painful like I was expecting. I had complete faith in Lucy and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Poppy is lovely ! I gave her my wish list of areas to be treated, she gave me an informative run down of how she intended to tackle the areas. We decided on filler to my top lip,then a bit of filler in my lips..just enough to re plump them and aid the top lip filler to appear even smoother and botox on the sides of nose to stop the creases getting worse , i was advised id probably have a bit of bruising as i take an anti inflammatory medication,my lips were really swollen when i came out but went down quite quickly. After 3 days bruising and swelling gone and looking good. Thank you !
