My first time having filler. Rachel has been administering Botox for me for a few years now. As usual she was her wonderful kind self, guiding me through the process. Im sure the results will be fantastic, giving me a real boost. As a footnote the reception area and treatment rooms are welcoming, stylish and spotlessly clean.

As someone who never wears makeup and never does anything out of my norm I get anxious about having any kind of treatment that may change my usual appearance. I had my eyebrows shaped by Amelia today and came out very happy. She listened to what I wanted and consulted with me before doing anything drastic. I couldn't be happier with my eyebrows or the way I was treated whilst in the salon. Was a super comfy and very pleasant treatment. Thank you Amelia

Absolutely Fabulous. Kelly is amazing , had a pedicure and foot massage . So relaxing and nails great too. Also had an eyebrows,lip and chin wax and now I feel great and the results are just perfect. I am back in 2 weeks … certainly recommend Kelly.

Carly is amazing at what she does.. I suffer from skin irritations and pain but Carly does it so quick I don't even notice it.i also get my Grey hair eyebrows done ( yes who would of thought age gave you grey eyebrows) she waxes,shapes and tints them and I come out feeling like a woman again.thank you and high recommended

I had a great experience today at Bita. I came in with long curly hair and got a nice short cut with bangs. The hairdresser was lovely and also offered me coffee and a snack. I don't know much about hair but she taught me how to blow-dry it and what product to use to avoid fuzzy hair at the top. I also got eyebrows threaded, wasn't painful. Will come back!

Jess is incredible. The salon is such a welcoming and relaxing space, but her skill is what really makes her special. She has been doing my eyelashes for a few months now and just done my eyebrows and I can say I’ve never had them done so well. I highly recommend Jess for her services 🥰

I had classic lash extensions complimented by an eyebrow wax with Amelia. I couldn’t speak more highly about the service from start to finish.
