His deep tissue work is precise—he doesn't just apply pressure; he finds the specific trigger points that are causing restriction and works them through systematically. ​The addition of cupping therapy was a game-changer. I left feeling a level of relief that I haven't been able to achieve with standard massages.

Hands down the best deep tissue massage I’ve had in London. Perfect for anyone glued to a desk all day!

Jodie is refreshingly honest and I positively love the fact she said I didn’t need any fillers, despite wanting them-😆 instead we have come up with a skin treatment plan which provides a real nod to fundamental natural beauty - any professional nurse and aesthetician willing to talk you out of expensive unnecessary treatment has to be respected, see you Wednesday to start lazer treatment. A lovely nurse, venue and staff xx ❤️

Excellent experience at MG Osteopathy & Sports Injury Clinic. I went in for dry needling and massage therapy due to severe neck and shoulder pain with very limited neck mobility. When I arrived, my pain level was around 9/10, and my neck was constantly aching. After just one treatment session, my pain dropped to around 2/10. By the next day, my neck felt significantly looser, more mobile, and almost completely pain-free. Highly recommend MG Osteopathy if you’re looking for effective physiotherapy treatment, dry needling, or sports injury therapy for neck and shoulder pain.

Absolutely fantastic! I had a wonderful experience at Urban Therapy and will definitely be back. Nat, my therapist, had magic hands and helped me fully unwind from the hustle and bustle of London life. Highly recommend!

One of the best massages in London! I’ve been struggling with back, neck, and shoulder pain caused by my office work, which had been affecting my sleep for months. After just one session, I noticed a significant improvement! I’ll definitely be visiting weekly from now on. So glad I discovered Urban Therapy!

I had plantar fasciitis after running and the heel pain was really affecting me, especially in the mornings. I decided to try shockwave therapy and I’m very glad I did. After a few sessions the pain improved a lot and I was able to run again with much less discomfort. I’d definitely recommend MG Osteopathy to anyone struggling with persistent heel pain.

Mihaela is incredible. She reads my body as she massages and therefore creates a very therapeutic experience bespoke to my needs. She not only works incredibly with my physical body, breaking down tension and easing muscle pain, but with my energetic and emotional body, helping me to work through emotions that are contributing to my physical tension, holding space and guiding me through them. I feel so grateful to have found her at a transitional stage of my life where I am ready to let go of the old. This is more than a regular massage and benefits entire wellbeing - highly recommend!!

Had a Hydrafacial with Alisha today at Facefull Aesthetics and I’m really impressed with the results. She was very professional, explained everything clearly and made the whole treatment really comfortable. My skin already looks a lot clearer and feels much smoother. If you spend all day hunched over a laptop, you need this. I booked the multi-technique session and they focused on my 'tech neck' using a blend of remedial techniques and neck mobilization. I have my full range of motion back! Highly recommend!

Best sports recovery in the city. As a runner, I appreciate how they integrate myofascial release with traditional sports massage. They really targeted my tight hamstrings and gave me great advice for maintenance.
