Rochelle was very welcoming on arrival, talked through each step and was keeping me updated through the process of the treatment. I highly recommend Crystal Medica. I am on my 3rd round of Vitamin C drip and have seen good results. I had a deep rooted black head. That has now come to the surface due to this treatment. The service is also excellent. The doctor is very patient and knowledgeable in her role of looking after the body!

My son had his first acne microneedling session today with Aneta, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Aneta was professional, gentle, and very reassuring — she explained every step so my son felt comfortable and at ease. The procedure was quick, clean, and far less uncomfortable than he expected.Afterwards, his skin was a little red (just as Aneta explained would happen), and she gave us clear aftercare instructions to follow. It’s too early to see results yet, and we’re looking forward to continuing treatment with her — highly recommend!
