I was greeted warmly upon arrival, and my therapist Chris took the time to ask about my specific concerns before starting the session. Throughout the massage, his technique flowed seamlessly, creating a really calming and effective experience. I felt genuinely cared for the entire time, and it was clear he was attentive to my needs. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and much better overall. I would definitely recommend this therapist.

Her technique is exceptional, and I always leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely renewed. Gloria is certified in the Brazilian Renata França method, which, in my experience, is the most effective lymphatic drainage technique for reducing swelling, minimizing inflammation, and delivering visible results. Mia did a great job on my back and glutes. It felt very relaxing and my back feels better. The pressure was perfect and I was comfortable throughout the massage. She found a knot in my glute that she took care of, and stretched my legs at the end. She also gave me some tips on relieving knots. Overall I had a great experience!

Julian is absolutely fantastic! I originally went in for a back massage back in December, and since then we have worked on my back, neck, and legs. His pressure is fantastic, and while I have struggled with other RMTs in the past, Julian listens to exactly what I need and knows exactly where to focus. He is great at chatting, but if you want to chill in peace, he is also really good at just letting you relax. I would 100% recommend visiting him—definitely ask him where he thinks you need focus after your first visit, as he really knows his stuff. It's always a pure delight visiting Knead!

Got a 1.5hr full body deep tissue massage by Chris and I think I've been reborn. I don't get massages regularly so I wasnt sure what exactly to expect but Chris was very professional - he took time to understand if there were any focus areas I wanted to target and then got to work - he massages places I didn't even know needed massaging. The massage was so good and I felt to relaxed and refreshed afterwards and was surprised and impressed by how good I felt afterwards. . Give the man a raise!!
