The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I had hair stroke brows done by Bronwyn today & the whole process was just perfect. I debated getting my brows done for years but I was anxious after years of over plucking, I’m glad I waited to find Bronwyn. She talked me through the process & was patient & kind, understanding of my under-confidence due to my brows. Bronwyn is a skilled professional & I’m amazed at the results. She took the time to talk to me about what my natural brow shape should look like & spent a long time making sure I was happy before she began, they look so natural & realistic! Thank you!

Just had my botox top up after 2 weeks. The initial result were amazing anyway ! The top up is free as it is included as part of your original treatment. The results are so good. I am so so happy with it. My forehead has smoothed out, the texture of the skin has improved and my asymmetrical eyebrow situation is under control now. Love you guys! Thank you so much xxx

Had my 3rd treatment with Shannen today, she is absolutely amazing!!! On all 3 occasions, accommodated my request for a late evening appointment due to my work commitments, made me feel at ease, was extremely patient when I wanted to stop and squeal every 30 seconds, talked me through the whole process step by step, continued to ask if I was okay throughout and told me I was doing amazing which really helped ease the whole treatment. I have been to other high profile aestheticians in Southampton but their service and expertise do not come close to Shannens. Will definitely always use Shannen

I've been coming to Rachael Katie for some time now and can honestly say my skin has never looked better. I have had numerous fantastic treatments with lovely Michael, Jazmin and Rachael, Today i had my regular hydrafacial with Michael, this is the best facial I have ever had. My skin is plump, hydrated, clear and glowing. I rarely feel the need to wear makeup now. Which is nothing short of miraculous as I so was self conscious of my skin. I recently had semi permanent makeup done by Shannon and I have to say it's fantastic. Shannon is the loveliest woman and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. She is so easy to talk to which you definitely need for a long appointment. My eyebrows look amazing and I am extremely happy with the result. I will 100% recommend. Thank you so so much x
