I’ve been seeing Rachell for a while now and every massage has been an absolute gift. She has such a calm, grounding presence and an incredible ability to tune into exactly what your body needs. I always walked away feeling lighter, both physically and mentally. I’m sad to see her leave Bamboo Spa Lower Hutt, but so excited for what’s next for her! The massage therapist listened to me, and the message was excellent; I could meditate while it was going on; we plan on even better next time, as I was able to tell them where else I was sore... And also, she gave me two warm towels, fresh and hot, and lovely nice scent, and a hot fresh ginger tea. Everything went wonderful. Very friendly and warm, welcoming atmosphere and treatment from the staff. I quite loved it. Not to mention, they have these little lollies, in wrappers, you can take one, I didn't have to ask, they were so nice at The Bamboo Spa. Lower Hutt.

Today I had a 90min hard pressure massage with cupping from the amazing Phelina. I am always on cloud 9 when I go to Bamboo spa Lower Hutt and the ladies there are all incredible. I do also opt for VIP vouchers which work out far better financially, but also, you know that you are investing in yourself and always look forward to the next one. Thank you Bamboo Spa

Had yet another wonderful experience at Bamboo spa Lower Hutt. My Masseuse Rachel is such a caring person who is adaptable to concentrating on specific tight areas on the back and shoulders when requested. Bamboo spa Lower Hutt is by far the best massages I’ve experienced. Highly recommend their traditional Hilot massage with Ventura cupping.

It was a really great massage, couldn’t remember her name. But she did it quite nicely. I am so tired from the bodybuilding prep 17 days out from the show so loads of muscle tension everywhere. Cupping was great and pressure was great.

Ligaia (I'm sorry, I'm not sure how to spell her name, but she) did amazing! I came choking and 13 minutes late, she still did my massage, of course we couldn't do the 13 minutes overtime, because another client was booked for the next hour slot, but she still did good in this 47 minutes, and was patient with me as my body kept coughing, having gas and making it difficult for anyone to massage. Ligaia had skill and patience and kindness, offering me things to help my cough settle down. She gave me two warm towels and offered me ginger tea. Had I been able, I would have, but I said 'next time'.

I was in need of a massage and was tentative about the booking. But as they were the only place that could see me on the day, I booked a Swedish massage. I was incredibly impressed by the team - super friendly. And the massage itself was spot on. Full body Swedish and I was able to just lie down, relax and enjoy it. The back massage was great. But when I turned around and was lying on my back, the pressure wasnt as consistent anymore. There were parts that were good and parts that felt like someone was just applying lotion to my body. I didnt mention it because I was trying to meditate. My partners therapist was Felina and my partner is rating her a double thumbs up. She hit all the right spots on him.
