I had my first appointment at this salon today and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and friendly, it instantly put me at ease. It didn’t feel like my first visit at all, more like I’d been going there for years. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, and I left feeling really happy. I had such an amazing experience at Zaira Rose! I came in for half head highlights but because my hair was in terrible condition, Nisa did colour correction as well, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and explained every step of the process, which made me feel completely at ease. The colour correction was done carefully—my hair went from uneven and brassy to beautifully blended. The highlights are absolutely perfect. The whole atmosphere of the salon was welcoming and relaxing, and the team was incredibly friendly and attentive.

She did a fabulous job,my body became very light and relaxed.

I was 10 mins late because of the snow but she still gave me the full hour which was very kind. The massage was so relaxing. She used a good pressure and really focused on my knots in my neck which has helped me a great deal already and its the same day! I would defo recommend coming here for the 1 hour full body massage. many thanks x Also bare in mind parking is very limited so don't make the mistake of not leaving time to find sufficient parking.

Had an amazing experience of a Swedish massage today , Metha did an amazing treatment now my body feels much lighter sure will sleep well tonight. Staff are all very friendly and they do so many other treatments which I am looking forward to .
