This was my second appointment and Natalie is thorough in recording notes and making sure she recalls what parts of the body I wanted to focus on. When Natalie moved over areas where I felt a tightness, she could somehow feel specific tiny tight spots under her fingers, elbows etc and she didn't leave them behind. I didn't have to say anything to redirect her. Very skilled therapist.

Seeing Flora is always amazing. Gentle, caring and so knowledgeable, she truly knows her stuff! What a peaceful and beautiful place to spend 3 1/2 hours. The bath house followed by a full body massage and facial I was so relaxed I fell asleep during the facial. Highly recommend.

Absolute delight. Natalie's background (former athlete) was evident in her attention to detail, making it easy to communicate what has been going on with the body. My partner and I came for the couples package and it was amazing. It’s quite cozy and very detached from the surroundings, which gives it a unique relaxed feeling that helps to make the most of the hot and cold experiences. We really enjoyed the sauna, steam room and cold plunge, trying to push ourselves a bit longer each time in the cold plunge. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes hot/ cold therapy for their body, we will surely be back again soon.
