This was my second appointment and Natalie is thorough in recording notes and making sure she recalls what parts of the body I wanted to focus on. When Natalie moved over areas where I felt a tightness, she could somehow feel specific tiny tight spots under her fingers, elbows etc and she didn't leave them behind. I didn't have to say anything to redirect her. Very skilled therapist.

Absolute delight. Natalie's background (former athlete) was evident in her attention to detail, making it easy to communicate what has been going on with the body. Natalie was awesome. She really knew her stuff and loosened up my neck and shoulders. I was so tight and in so much pain, by the time I walked out I had a bit more range of movement and felt a lot better. I will definitely be back!
