This was my second appointment and Natalie is thorough in recording notes and making sure she recalls what parts of the body I wanted to focus on. When Natalie moved over areas where I felt a tightness, she could somehow feel specific tiny tight spots under her fingers, elbows etc and she didn't leave them behind. I didn't have to say anything to redirect her. Very skilled therapist.

What a peaceful and beautiful place to spend 3 1/2 hours. The bath house followed by a full body massage and facial I was so relaxed I fell asleep during the facial. Highly recommend.

Absolute delight. Natalie's background (former athlete) was evident in her attention to detail, making it easy to communicate what has been going on with the body. I had a fantastic massage with Yu. She was incredibly attentive and took the time to ask what areas needed focus, then gave clear, thoughtful feedback afterwards about what she found. Her technique was excellent – strong, consistent pressure with great flow, and I never felt rushed at any point during the session. Yu’s calm and professional approach made the whole experience feel really personalised and restorative. Apple did a full body scrub for me that was so amazing! She then did the $50 foot treatment of which I have never had such a good foot treatment service in my 62 years!!! Then the foot steam bath...so soothing and relaxing...so come on people hurry and treat your deserving self asap at LITTLE GEM SPA NORTH PERTH....you'll luv it I did!!!

My experience was great. Natalie was obviously super experienced and knew exactly what pressures were needed for different body parts. I had post event soreness and what she did was perfect. 👌
