This was my second appointment and Natalie is thorough in recording notes and making sure she recalls what parts of the body I wanted to focus on. When Natalie moved over areas where I felt a tightness, she could somehow feel specific tiny tight spots under her fingers, elbows etc and she didn't leave them behind. I didn't have to say anything to redirect her. Very skilled therapist.

Steashing (I hope I’ve spelt her name correct) was the best masseuse I’ve ever had and I’ve had many many massages. She took extra care, taking her time a working through my tender pregnant body, she was incredible and I’ll absolutely be back! Hopefully I get her again, I’ve never felt more comfortable and relaxed.

I had a fantastic massage with Yu. She was incredibly attentive and took the time to ask what areas needed focus, then gave clear, thoughtful feedback afterwards about what she found. Her technique was excellent – strong, consistent pressure with great flow, and I never felt rushed at any point during the session. Yu’s calm and professional approach made the whole experience feel really personalised and restorative. What a peaceful and beautiful place to spend 3 1/2 hours. The bath house followed by a full body massage and facial I was so relaxed I fell asleep during the facial. Highly recommend.
