All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Chloe is very professional and well knowledged about all her treatments which she offers. I had waxing and my first million dollar facial- I can’t get over how much better my skin feels already since having the million dollar facial. I have been using services from Micky since more than 7 years now. She has always been and still is absolutely fabulous. Her precision with body waxing is amazing, making sure I am fully comfortable with proper wax temperature check and no hair left after. My experience at love and dye was amazing. Piotr cut and highlighted my hair so well. He even went beyond what I had asked for and showed me how to style my hair in a different way from how I usually have and I loved it. I also had a lovely head massage and was served tea and biscuits. I have regularly been using this salon for over 10 years and they always go above and beyond to make the whole experience perfect
