All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Chloe is very professional and well knowledged about all her treatments which she offers. I had waxing and my first million dollar facial- I can’t get over how much better my skin feels already since having the million dollar facial. Had the most incredible experience with my wax! Lucy put me at ease & explained everything as we went through - especially as my bikini wax was the first time! It was professional, pain free and the care before and after was really well explained and treated. This will definitely be a regular monthly appointment for me with Lucy now - felt so comfortable & will be looking at all the other wonderful restatements she offers too - thank you so much!

Azra and her team are fantastic. Hawkins clinic is one of the very best clinics in London and Surrey. Azra's ability to assess each individual's requirement whether it be for facial treatments, body treatments, personalised skin care products and/or manicures/pedicures or eyelash/eyebrow shaping is unparalleled and she has trained her staff in the same way. Customer service is caring and supportive. Dr Guiseppe travels from Italy once a month to do all the fabulous aesthetic work at the clinic. You do have to book well ahead as his knowledge and proficiency is well renowned.

Had all of my waxing done for holiday and by far Chloe was the best person I have had! It was much less painful and she is a pleasure to speak to - will definitely be returning and would 1000% recommend! :-) xxx

I have been using services from Micky since more than 7 years now. She has always been and still is absolutely fabulous. Her precision with body waxing is amazing, making sure I am fully comfortable with proper wax temperature check and no hair left after.
