Rachel is my go to for no nonsense honest appraisal of my skin as I am n my mid 60’s and starting to recognise the signs of ageing and dehydration. Rachel explains everything and also helps me plan my treatments going forward. Today was new lashes and major facial waxing and brow tinting in preparation for a wedding I’m going to . Faith was very professional and great at communicating what my treatment entailed. I got to see my scalp and learn some new things about scalp and hair health. The treatment itself was wonderful and very relaxing. I would definitely reccomend to anyone wanting to treat themselves, or others.

I had a wonderful and much needed Hydrafacial with Amy yesterday which was associated with a lovely shoulders, arms and hands massage while relaxing under the red light…and what a treat that was! I felt so relaxed and pumped and my skin has never looked so clean afterwards! Amy is highly knowledgeable and professional and the passion for her job transpires through the extensive choice of treatments she can offer to meet every skin needs and her “gold hands”. I can’t wait to be back in Esher, which is only a few train stops away from London, making it a convenient location for a little escape!
