Had my first facial with Ian today and so pleased with the results! I'm breastfeeding which really impacts the products that I can use, Ian was really knowledgeable and gave lots of great advice. I was super nervous about having the karisma skin booster treatment but Ian is so knowledgeable and reasurring and really does look after you. Some other therapists can be quite dismissive after an aesthetic treatment, but Ian really does take the time to answer any questions or address any worries you might have.
