My experience at TBH has always been a positive one! The girls are so down to earth and welcoming, and never short of having a giggle with their customers - “beauty besties” is how I’d describe them! They’re online booking system is brilliant and rescheduling an appointment is just as simple! I also feel their booking terms are fair! Ive been for my lashes and tan and never had an issue, hoping to start my waxing and facial journeys with them in the not too distant future too! x

Lydia is practically perfect in every way—hands down the best nail technician I’ve come across in Bristol! She’s not only incredibly talented but also so friendly and welcoming. Her level of attention to detail and artistry is truly commendable. She worked her magic and got my nails Disney-ready, and I just can’t wait show them off at Disneyland! I had such a wonderful treatment with Lucy. She was so friendly when I arrived and showed me around the facilities and explained all about the treatment to put me at ease and enjoy my facial to the maximum. The facial itself was relaxing and thorough. Lots of lovely products were used and she applied pressure whilst messaging my neck and shoulders to release muscle knots and smooth out the skin. During the face mask she spent time massaging my arms and hands and ended with a head massage. My skin was glowing and I felt totally refreshed. I highly recommend this treatment and these facilities.
