There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Wonderful relaxing experience. Enjoyed my pedicure, lash volume lift & eyebrow wax & tint. Maya's enhanced pedicure equipment enhanced the luxury and efficiency of the treatment. Maya was also gentle especially with the eyebrow waxing. Would highly recommend Maya.

Over the years, her consistency has been incredible every appointment feels just as good as the first, if not better. First time having a hair cut by Harps. She was friendly and paid great attention to detail. She really took care in the whole process, from a lovely head massage whilst washing, to checking with me throughout the cut to ensure I was happy and explaining what she was doing. Having been to another hair dresser for the last couple of years who had me washed, cut and blow dried in 20 minutes, it was lovely to have a longer appointment where it really felt Harps was invested in what she was doing.
