It was my first session with Safa and she was so thorough. I’ve had a different practitioner here but Safa made me realise how thorough she was compared the other girl. She asked me about my target areas and also took the time to remove the gel and wipe each area down. I will only have Safa going forward for my sessions, that’s how good she was.

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. Friendly customer service, high quality and fast waxing and tinting

Very good. Had my toenails done with gel polish. Also waxing. Harps is excellent. I have had her and my beautician for over 15 years! Highly recommend.

Loveleen has been providing me waxing service for more than a year. She is caring and kind, she understands her client's needs and make sure that they get the best service possible. She is an expert in waxing. I have never felt pain in any session. She look after skin with care. I recommend her to all my friends. Good luck Loveleen!

Best waxer in Birmingham! Danielle is so lovely and does an excellent job with the waxing. She is a perfectionist and my wax is virtually pain free. My hair growth has significantly reduced and my skin is super soft for weeks. I highly recommend her to everyone who needs waxing services.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I have completed my 6 sessions at Swiss laser. I have noticed I barely have any hair growth, my results are amazing. I don’t grow underarms and leg hair anymore. I had a great experience here. Claire is amazing and always checks to see how your doing while getting waxed and always makes sure your comfortable. She is good on timing and allows you time to recover.

Enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing full-body massage experience inside an arcade in a busy district. Although the shop is small, it is clean and hygienic. The massage therapist, Sheela, was attentive and friendly, explaining the massage process beforehand and what to pay attention to after the session. The entire massage was very comfortable, and the tense areas in my body were relieved. I would recommend this service.

I was so so impressed. Lovely girl with an amazing service she really transformed my face. Really struggled growing my eyebrows for 2 months and I had nothing to worry about this girl did the most amazing job !!! Definitely recommend if trying to transition from threading / waxing to going halal xxx
