Micheal and Lauren understand hair like no other hairdressers I’ve been to around the world, they are individually creative and constantly produce the results I want. I always leave happy after any kind of hair day, from just a blow dry to full head highlights to balayage, I’m lucky to say I’ve got them as two brilliant artists, at my side through every occasion or every time I just need a little pick me up! Also on a side note, they put up with my constant speaking and random thoughts which is a challenge that deserves a reward in itself. Always a pleasure, thanks again Ruchie team!

Lauren did an amazing job with my hair, blending in my balayage beautifully. She was extremely gentle ( even with my challenging curls) and listened to my needs while offering helpful advice. I can’t recommend her or Michael enough. This is my second time visiting and certainly will not be my last! Thank you so much :)

I love how Laura does my highlights! I never know how to explain what it is I am imagining, but Laura takes the time to discuss everything with me and gives me her input and I absolutely love the end result!! Older lady here! Booked to get a few warm blonde, highlights to break up my grey, dull, hair. This was my first time seeing Michael and I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism and friendliness and understanding of what I actually wanted! Super friendly, attentive and knowledgeable when asked for advice on what to have cut. Was also extremely accommodating allowing me to bring a newborn to my appointment, Would HIGHLY recommend!

Hair is perfect! I decided I wanted to change things up and add a little more brown to my balayage but not make it too dark and Michael did it exactly as imagined! To top it off I even got treated to a homemade caramel iced latte and a head massage, so no complaints here!

A great cut and colour with Cat today!! Always a pleasure visiting and as always delighted with the results 😀
