Micheal and Lauren understand hair like no other hairdressers I’ve been to around the world, they are individually creative and constantly produce the results I want. I always leave happy after any kind of hair day, from just a blow dry to full head highlights to balayage, I’m lucky to say I’ve got them as two brilliant artists, at my side through every occasion or every time I just need a little pick me up! Also on a side note, they put up with my constant speaking and random thoughts which is a challenge that deserves a reward in itself. Always a pleasure, thanks again Ruchie team!

Lexi was very patient and explained everything very clearly to me. My hair was already damaged and she made sure i had the right treatment and cancelled my balayage as it would damage my hair further. I really appreciate all Lexi help as the hair health is important overall. Looking forward to book more services in this saloon especially with Lexi.

Lauren is an excellent hairdresser, I couldn’t recommend her enough. She expertly balayages my hair with consistently good results, and is great to talk to!

Lauren did an amazing job with my hair, blending in my balayage beautifully. She was extremely gentle ( even with my challenging curls) and listened to my needs while offering helpful advice. I can’t recommend her or Michael enough. This is my second time visiting and certainly will not be my last! Thank you so much :)

Hair is perfect! I decided I wanted to change things up and add a little more brown to my balayage but not make it too dark and Michael did it exactly as imagined! To top it off I even got treated to a homemade caramel iced latte and a head massage, so no complaints here!

After seeing an advert online for hair models I booked into gloss in parkstone with the advanced apprentice Alix to be a model. I’ve never had any colour on my hair before and she did balayage at a very good discounted price ! Wow I love my hair ready for my holiday on Monday ! Thank-you so much Alix

Love my new hair! I was so tired of long hair but I didn’t want my balayage to be ruined. Clare managed to cut my hair in such way that I still have my hair lighter in the ends.
