I had microneedling with PRP this evening with Monie and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The atmosphere was very calming, with candles lit that made the space feel really relaxing. She took her time, worked with great care and attention to detail and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I had an Indian head massage at Ayuluxir and it was the most relaxing and restorative treatments I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully set up to help you switch off completely. The therapist was incredibly skilled—applying the perfect balance of pressure and technique. You can tell this isn’t just a routine massage; it felt deeply therapeutic, targeting tension I didn’t even realise I was holding in my scalp, neck, and shoulders.

Yesterday I had an Indian Head Massage with Daniel. It has definitely helped release tension and tightness to relieve tension headaches.. Attention to detail and professional including a consultant so treatment is person centred also good pressure , but does also ask your preferred pressure throughout the treatment.
