This is the best hair colouring experience I’ve had in Rugby. Paige is incredibly friendly, attentive and caring throughout the whole process. She really takes the time to listen and gives professional, thoughtful advice, which made me feel completely at ease. Nicole was incredibly kind and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. It was my first time having the Pro Skin 60 Facial and she made the whole experience so relaxing, whilst also taking the time to explain some of the tools and techniques as I asked questions. I walked out feeling refreshed, renewed, and exactly what I needed. Such a lovely experience. I enjoyed it so much that I’ve already booked in again for next month. Highly recommend!

So happy my brows look perfect today with Emily after me tint and wax. My skin had a little reaction to the lamination patch test, which is a shame as her work looks so good! I had a lovely pampering session with Zoe and it made me feel relaxed and refreshed. I had a facial treatment which made my face look much brighter and brought back the glow. I also had mani/pedi - skin on my hands and feet feels so much softer. I will definitely go back. Already booked my next treatment.

Precious really took the time to listen and accommodate my needs, making the whole waxing session much more comfortable than I ever expected. It was great. The customer service was AMAZING and they meet my expectations always. The price is better than most places here is rugby if not all. I SOOO recommend. Will be coming here every time I need my nails done.

Over the years I have tried many of the nail salons in Rugby. I can honestly say that The Nail Retreat is by far the best nail salon I have used. Not only are they very professional but also very friendly with a welcoming atmosphere. My nails are perfect every time. Thank you, I am a very happy client :-)
