Nicole was incredibly kind and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. It was my first time having the Pro Skin 60 Facial and she made the whole experience so relaxing, whilst also taking the time to explain some of the tools and techniques as I asked questions. I walked out feeling refreshed, renewed, and exactly what I needed. Such a lovely experience. I enjoyed it so much that I’ve already booked in again for next month. Highly recommend!

I had a lovely pampering session with Zoe and it made me feel relaxed and refreshed. I had a facial treatment which made my face look much brighter and brought back the glow. I also had mani/pedi - skin on my hands and feet feels so much softer. I will definitely go back. Already booked my next treatment.

Precious really took the time to listen and accommodate my needs, making the whole waxing session much more comfortable than I ever expected. What I thought would be a painful experience turned out to be surprisingly easy to get through, thanks to her gentle approach. She was professional from start to finish and created such a positive atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring professional!

I had the Nu Skin facial - if anyone was wondering, I would 100% recommend this treatment. It was very relaxing. I was told what each stage of the facial was doing which put my mind at ease. Afterwards, my skin felt rejuvenated & soft for a couple of days after! Will definitely be coming back for another!

Came in for a brow wax - first time having one. Really easy and quick, didn't hurt much at all! Who knew I had such good brows under the fuzz? Adele is an artist 😁

It was great. The customer service was AMAZING and they meet my expectations always. The price is better than most places here is rugby if not all. I SOOO recommend. Will be coming here every time I need my nails done.

Over the years I have tried many of the nail salons in Rugby. I can honestly say that The Nail Retreat is by far the best nail salon I have used. Not only are they very professional but also very friendly with a welcoming atmosphere. My nails are perfect every time. Thank you, I am a very happy client :-)

I found Precious' shop through Google and I am so glad I did! She is one of the only places in Rugby that actually threads and she did an amazing job! I also got a wax service done from her as well and again, loved the results. Precious is kind and professional and made sure the results were to my liking. Would recommend!
