Precious really took the time to listen and accommodate my needs, making the whole waxing session much more comfortable than I ever expected. What I thought would be a painful experience turned out to be surprisingly easy to get through, thanks to her gentle approach. Lovely and friendly staff, they always make you feel welcome. I have had acrylics and a manicure with gel Polish with simple art and have been more than happy with the service provided. I will definitely continue to use The Nail Retreat.
