I cannot recommend Aurae London highly enough! From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere is calm, inviting, and truly luxurious. My nail technician, Emily, deserves a special mention as she is absolutely phenomenal. Every time I visit for a manicure and pedicure, Emily exceeds my expectations. Her attention to detail is second to none, ensuring that every nail is shaped and polished to perfection. I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

I had the most wonderful sculpting facial with Elsa. My skin feels plump, lifted, and has such a healthy glow. I’ve noticed a huge improvement already! I had a deep cleanse facial with Channelle and the extraction results were good. My pores looked much cleaner afterwards and she was knowledgeable throughout the treatment. However, the salon environment was quite noisy during my visit, with conversations and movement outside the treatment room affecting the relaxing experience. The treatment is 50 minutes, shorter than expected compared to the advertised timing.

This was my second visit for poly microneedling. The results from last time were amazing. Had loads of compliments of how glowing my skin was felt fab! Going to to look and feel even better after round 2! The studio is lovely, clean and smells divine and Shani wonderful. Make me feel comfortable immediately. The treatment is great, I've had micro needling before but never like this. You get what feels like a mini facial, she gets rid of your peachy fuzz, does the treatment then a super soothing mask. It's just ah!
