Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Anita is absolutely exceptional. I’ve been coming to her regularly over the past few months for a full body wax and lash lift, and every visit has been amazing. I was initially very hesitant about waxing, but Anita explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease—the pain was far less than I expected. The space is welcoming, friendly, and always comfortable. I also genuinely enjoy our conversations, which make each appointment even better. Staff were amazing, friendly and care about their clients. This was my first Hollywood wax here and the lady waxing me really helped me and told me when to breathe in/out and advised me on the best wax so that the experience could be as painless as possible for a Hollywood wax. Definitely going back and 100% reccomend

Jodie has been doing my hair for years and even-though I’ve moved out of Leicester she’s worth travelling back for! She just gets it. I’ve had bad experiences at other salons in the past and usually feel quite uncomfortable, but Nina completely changed that for me. She made me feel so comfortable throughout my face threading and first bikini wax appointment. The whole experience was seamless and surprisingly pain-free. She’s incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone!
