This was my second appointment with Zofia at The Beauty Barn. My first time was for an upper lip and chin wax. This time, I opted for Dermaplaning Facial. Zofia is lovely… The Beauty Barn is inviting, warm and cosy. It’s located in a lovely setting and fortunately for me just a short drive away. A friendly team and I thoroughly recommend a visit 🙌

Jodie is amazing and listens to what you would like but at the same time gives you the right advice as no one likes to get their hair wrong . I trust Jodie so much that you could be blindfolded and still love the haircut with it beautifully styled so much so that you want to show it off . Anita is absolutely exceptional. I’ve been coming to her regularly over the past few months for a full body wax and lash lift, and every visit has been amazing. I was initially very hesitant about waxing, but Anita explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease—the pain was far less than I expected. The space is welcoming, friendly, and always comfortable. I also genuinely enjoy our conversations, which make each appointment even better. Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Visited today for another Dermaplaning Facial with Zofia. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment. Zofia is lovely, professional and knowledgeable. My face is glowing and feels really good. The treatment was so relaxing that my thoughts drifted away and I almost fell asleep several times.

Staff were amazing, friendly and care about their clients. This was my first Hollywood wax here and the lady waxing me really helped me and told me when to breathe in/out and advised me on the best wax so that the experience could be as painless as possible for a Hollywood wax. I had my first facial today We went for the Bronze package (which is what suited my skin type) I can honestly say I have never ever felt so overwhelmed The treatment it self was a experience I’ve never encountered in a facial before My face and neck feel rejuvenated with a definite visible result especially the darker shades under the eyes and mouth area I was made relaxed and reassured throughout the different stages of the treatment. I thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed the neck and foot massage too Thank you Goldy.

Jodie has been doing my hair for years and even-though I’ve moved out of Leicester she’s worth travelling back for! She just gets it. I always leave the chair feeling incredible, not only is she a fantastic hairdresser but she’s also the loveliest person ever! Her new salon is so nice, clean and spacious 😍 I always recommend her to all my friends and family xxx
