My first visit to ABR today, it’s clean and bright, a very well set up establishment, It’s been awhile since I had any waxing done but Jo is a lovely chatty lady and made me feel welcome and at ease, throughout my treatment, (1/2 leg wax)……. all the time asking if I was ok, which I was 🙂 Already booked in for my next appointment See you soon Jo x

Emma is amazing. She is my go to for waxing and nails. I went for a full leg and bikini waxing today. Emma seeks the best wax for her customers and takes her time. She is impeccable and incredibly professional. The salon is wonderful, calming and absolutely spotless. I would recommend anyone to emma She is super skilled in so many treatments. Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Staff were amazing, friendly and care about their clients. This was my first Hollywood wax here and the lady waxing me really helped me and told me when to breathe in/out and advised me on the best wax so that the experience could be as painless as possible for a Hollywood wax. Definitely going back and 100% reccomend

Hadn't had a wax in about 3 months so it was definitely more painful than when I'd been going regularly. But, Nina is really good at making it painless especially with the distraction methods when she knows it's a spicy bit! She was very thorough but I didn't feel rushed - will 100% book again 👏🏻

Jodie has been doing my hair for years and even-though I’ve moved out of Leicester she’s worth travelling back for! She just gets it. I always leave the chair feeling incredible, not only is she a fantastic hairdresser but she’s also the loveliest person ever! This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I could have easily stayed there for another hour. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone considering this. Tens stars to Vanity......... AM Leicester
