Incredible facial- just what I needed after a stressful couple of weeks! The heated bed kept me toasty and comfortable. The back cleanse was so good and relaxed me ready for the facial.

Amazing service again from Freya! I was undecided on what I wanted on my nails and Freya was so patient and came up with a great idea exactly what I wanted. Thankyou Freya i love my nails. Also had a waxing service, I was a bit nervous and Freya was so professional talking me through each stage and giving me time. Can’t wait to go back again.

Sam is fabulous! Upon arriving at the treatment rooms, Sam took time to understand what I was looking for in terms of my skin (I had booked a facial) and then advised me on the best treatments for me. I had dermaplaning, milia treatment, eyebrow wax and tint and a million dollar facial. Sam uses top quality products and the treatments are top quality too. My skin looks and feels so much better and I feel like a new woman! I will now be returning regularly to incorporate Sam’s expertise into my regular skin routine. I can’t believe I’ve only just discovered this treasure in Bookham!

I had my first appointment with Bex today for waxing and I will definitely be back! As other reviews have said, Bex is so thorough and professional as well as warm and welcoming. She immediately put me at ease and did such a great job. She clearly is an expert at what she does. The wax was virtually pain free and the salon is lovely. I’ve had a lot of waxing but this was one of the very best! Thank you Bex.

Fantastically relaxing trip to the Skin Chalet to get LVL and brow wax and tint with Becca - and I will be coming back, my brows look great and natural - one less thing to do every morning!

I absolutely LOVE my trips to Bex’s salon. I have tried lots of her treatments including a manicure, pedicure and wax and her wax is AMAZING. I have a Hollywood and everything is always super smooth. I know Bex very well now but even on my first visit I felt extremely comfortable and she is very professional. I am not a regular! I have also booked in for a facial in a few weeks. The salon is very relaxing and is a lovely place to go for some relaxing down time.

Fantastic place to have all your beauty needs taken care of. Had today a manicure, pedicure, eye brow shape and lip & chin waxing. Very friendly salon where nothing is too much trouble

Wouldn't trust anyone else with my face! Sam is exceptional and always does such an amazing job of reassuring me and keeping me calm during botox. She truely is a wizard and knows exactly where to inject based on how I like to be sculpted and frozen. Couldn't recommend enough!!
