First time at the Nest and I had a lovely Swedish back massage. It’s very clear Rebecca is very experienced and provided additional comfortable such as pillows for ankles/legs and for neck which made my experience better. It was very relaxing and Rebecca got rid of my stress tension/knots in my neck and shoulders and checked with me of the pressure was ok. The massage oil smelt gorgeous. The massage was definitely needed and I will rebook again. Thank-you Rebecca
