Emily really put me at ease from the start. It was my first ever facial (I'm in my 30s), she explained everything clearly. She was very gentle, explained the reason for my skin concerns and what I can do to improve my skin. She gave me her recommendations but didn't push me to buy. A very relaxing treatment and I look forward to me next one!

I’ve visited Rachel a few times now for facials and she consistently goes above and beyond. It’s not just a facial, you’re treated to a relaxing head and shoulder massage as well, and I walk out feeling a million pounds . I’ve also started getting my nails done with her and they’re the best they’ve looked in a very long time. Professional, attentive, and genuinely talented, Rachel is brilliant.

What an absolute gem of beauticians. I had the mos amazing facial. Products felt incredible in my skin and the techniques of massage to apply the products were so therapeutic and relaxing. I was lovely and warm under heated blankets on a heated bed with a gorgeous candle scent with relaxing music and a very ambient atmosphere.

I've been to a few beauty therapist in my time for my facials but no-one beats Lucia in her warm, professional ,perfectionist manner and who always gives that little bit more for you to float out the salon relaxed,pampered and with amazing skin ,nails,lashes,brows,waxing and I haven't found a product that matches Germaine either.5⭐️

I have been seeing Lucia for years and she is amazing! She is incredibly warm & welcoming, and her waxing is the best in Harrogate.

I have been to many different lash tech over the year but the only ones that have lasted and actually look good is the sets done by Louise best lashes tech in Harrogate, she also make you feel so comfortable when getting the treatment

I had a fantastic leg waxing treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results. The process was quick, professional, and far less painful than I expected. My skin feels incredibly smooth, and the results look clean and even. Ana was friendly, reassuring, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I’ll definitely be returning for my next appointment. Just had a wonderful facial and eyebrow tint. Facial was wonderful and so relaxing included a lovely head neck and shoulder/ arm massage which was extra treat.
