Pippa was extremely professional and made me feel welcome and at ease straight away. I was given a top-to-toe and head massage voucher for Christmas, and Fay was very accommodating when I mentioned I’m not a fan of back massages. She adapted the treatment to include a facial as well as the Indian head massage . It was a really lovely, relaxing experience, and I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Esme is amazing, before sugaring i would only wax before a holiday, it was painful, I would bruise and bleed, sugaring is quick, so clean and virtually painless, I feel totally comfortable with Esme and she's a sweetheart ❤️ I am now a regular and the re growth is becoming sparse and softer.

Absolutely amazing treatments from Pippa. Pippa spent time before the treatments asking me about my job, wellbeing and any medical concerns. I am a secondary school teacher so a naturally stressful and demanding job. The Hopi ear candles were so relaxing and I loved just hearing the crackle of the fire and the soothing background music. After iced water and lemon, Pippa moved onto the Aromatherapy back massage with facial and scalp massage. She tailored it to my needs of tense shoulders and aching lower back and I felt so relieved afterwards.
