Brilliant experience even with all the Covid measures we have to adhere to currently. Erika was very welcoming on my first visit to the salon, made me feel at ease and comfortable and we had great conversation. She provided an excellent service for waxing - would highly recommend.

I very rarely leave feedback on things. But I have just had my first man waxing with Seb and can say I was very nervous before I entered the building, but with 2 minutes was of the mindset bring it on! I recommend the Spa Diamond to everyone. It's great if you spend time relaxing with your partner. The Swedish massage was excellent and the bath was refreshing after it. The back is suddenly lighter and the hubby also feels better as well. The skin on my face is softer. We really needed this relaxation in a quiet environment permeated with amazing scents and relaxing music. Thanks to Rachel and Megan

Working my way through every treatment on offer. 🤣 The Carbon Facial was just like having a little heat on your face in short bursts. Skin is noticeably brighter, feels firmer and soft to touch. Pores look loads better already after 1 session. Definitely have another and worth the money. 10/10

Never had my brows tinted and am a non make up wearer so was nervous . Dee did a fantastic job in making my brows looks fuller but also subtle. She explained the process as she went along and made me feel reassured and comfortable! I’m so happy with my brows and they’ve made a huge difference to the framing of my face! Amazing Experience! My sister and I went to have our faces waxed the studio was lovely and so was our beautician, very thorough and professional and we had a lovely chat. Prices are very fair and definitely worth it! 10/10 will make this my regular spot to get my face done in the future!
