Highly recommend Laura- Lea, her massage techniques were really good. She listened and tried her best to help me with my painful back. The studio has been decorated beautifully and was super clean. She was adaptable to my time slots and I will definitely be going back to her. So glad this place has opened in Frenchay as it’s crying out for a little corner of bliss just like this.

Always leave Aimee’s absolutely in LOVE with my lashes & brows! 😍 First time trying a Korean Lash Lift and i am hooked, the definition, the lift OH MY GOODNESS my lashes have never looked better!!! Honestly couldnt recommend Aim enough, such a calming atmosphere with her playlist and a little chin wag, although half way through i actually end up falling asleep teheh. 🤭 1000000/10 ✨

Floating on air - I am a stress-free zone after that delightful massage (even Bristol traffic couldn't touch this zen!). First time trying the Wellness Signature 90 minutes and it was absolutely divine. Laura-Lea somehow manages to work out all the knots and tension while still making you feel so utterly relaxed. “Best waxing experience I’ve ever had!” I recently had a waxing treatment at Skinova using Perron Rigot wax, and I’m honestly amazed at how smooth and painless it was. I’ve tried a few other places before, but this wax is on another level – it gripped the hair perfectly without irritating my skin at all. Sheetal was so professional and made me feel completely at ease. My skin felt super soft afterwards, with barely any redness. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality waxing experience!

I had a full leg and bikini wax with Caitlin and couldn’t recommend her more! She was absolutely lovely – so welcoming and professional. The booking system was really clear and easy to use, and I liked that you pay half upfront – it made the whole process feel more efficient and reassuring, like the appointment wouldn’t be cancelled last minute (unlike my past experiences at BS Leisure Centre!). Will definitely be coming back.
