Been coming for nearly 5 years and just when I think I have had the best treatment ever, they bring something out better. I bought a Christmas voucher for the snow queen facial, it was an hour and a half of absolute bliss! So pleased to hear that it will on the treatment list going forward. I had a lovely head , shoulder and upper back massage at the Crows nest. Nicola had bought a new massage stool which was so comfy to sit on, relax and enjoy the massage. The massage was amazing and I felt so much better afterwards. I then went for a sauna and swim/movement in the indoor pool. Nicola gave us a stone and incense as first time customers. We will return. My partner had the same massage and he also enjoyed the experience and felt so much better afterwards. I highly recommend Nicola - she is a lovelyperson too. Thank you Crows Nest. xxx

Came in for a Brazilian wax. kirra was amazing she had a tough day with natural salon delays but I was so happy to wait as I love the result and loved my treatment with kirra, she was so relaxing and friendly made me very comfortable and had a good giggle considering my privacy on show.
