My experience today was 5 star. Indi was attentive, friendly, caring & very good at her job! She checked on my comfort through out my visit & relaxed me so much I almost feel asleep. I was given bonus chocolates & strawberries in the jacuzzi which made me feel very spoilt! The reception staff were welcoming & friendly. Will definitely be back!

Ive just moved to Newcastle area and I believe I just found a gem here. What a lovely experience, friendly welcoming team. Ebony listen to everything I needed and wanted for my hair and done a wonderful job. Sally knew exactly what I needed for my waxing and eyebrow shape. I will be back and would highly recommend them.

Had the micro hydra lift. Amazing, skin felt great afterwards and the face, neck and shoulder massage, well did not want that to stop! Absolutely recommend.

I felt so good after the appointment. The beautician did a massage on my upper shoulder, my face and my head. She chose a less sensitive serum because I have sensitive skin. And she also put a vitamin c cream for me because this is what I wanted before. Thank you for the great service!
