I always leave the clinic feeling good, fresh and better educated than my last appointment! The therapists always keep you up to date on what’s going on and always take the time to talk you through anything you might not understand! Edin sets the standards high and Sounita goes above and beyond! She’s super thorough, but gentle on your face. No matter who you book with your experience is seamless, i love the consistency.

Absolutely love the ladies at Lifts and Lash, Reservoir. Been a loyal, return customer since Jan 2000 (5 years now…) when Steph was at her other address. Cannot speak highly enough of Abbie, Steph, Mary and Adriana. You would be in good hands with any of these ladies. I had microdermabrasion or the “alphadermis facial” and oh my goodness I have never been so impressed with how my skin looked! My therapist was Edin and he took so much time and effort into making my skin glow. He performed extractions on my face and when he showed me the cotton pads I was blown away! I never would have thought that he could get those pesky spots away! My skin was smooth, clear and noticeably refreshed. Edin also took time to educate me about how our skin works and how to properly take care of it. This facial was worth every single cent and I cannot wait to go back! THANKYOU!

Went in yesterday for a (male) Brazilian waxing. The place is clean and professionally set up. Brooke is lovely to deal with, made me feel comfortable right away, she is attentive, thorough and really knows her stuff. Highly recommend. Will be back.

I got the Nanoplastia hair treatment which was recommended by my hairdresser today and the results are amazing! Thank you for suggesting it and giving me tips on post treatment and products to use. Shijos is my go to for waxing and brow threading services, top quality products and the ladies have great attention to detail. Highly recommend and will continue to use.
