First Facial Ever! I’ve been coming to Jennifer for a while now and kept seeing her posts about how amazing the facials were—so I finally decided to try one for myself, and it definitely didn’t disappoint! The treatment was really nice. I enjoyed the face and head massage. Thank you. Unfortunately it was a bit spoiled because my 6 pm appointment started 6:10, which is ok, but it finished 7 pm, which is 50 minutes. You advertise it as 1h and I believe it's reasonable to expect 1 h treatment, especially that it's quite expensive. When asked about it I was told it's 1h with setting up. If that's the case you should inform the customer or say it's 50 minutes. I loved it but I'm not sure I'd book it again for that price. Xx

Cannot recommend Jo and the mama to be ritual enough. Jo was great when I had questions before the treatment, and took time at the start of the session to explain what she was going to do and what products she was going to use. The facial was amazing and the smells were fantastic! The top to toe massage was brilliant, the whole ritual was otherworldly! Cannot wait to return postpartum for some pampering - thank you Jo!

Tested out the new head spa platinum package. I’ve been looking forward to this for a while and it didn’t disappoint. My hair is super soft and my scalp feels clearer. The treatment includes a back massage and mini facial so it’s the ultimate treat. Beyond relaxing! Highly recommend.

Jo is amazing at what she does, I came out of there feeling like a different person. Jo is also one of the nicest people I've ever met, her kindness and how much she really wants to help you is 100%. I will never go to anyone else now. I've been in so much pain the last 6 weeks after surgery and she helped so so much, her attention to detail is huge, the room, the ambience, the music, the heated sheets, the beautiful aromatherapy oils that she uses just add to the experience and I have never once felt like she's in a rush. Jo actually cares and the massage and facial were out of this world.

The Self Care Sanctuary is amazing. Best massages I have ever had. This time I added a facial to the massage and it was perfect. I’ve been to Jo a few times and will continue going. The room is calm, the bed is warm and so comfortable and Jo is lovely.

Gorgeous facial oil & massage, felt like I’d had a facelift after! Jen is so welcoming and knowledgeable, zen atmosphere, VERY comfy bed, would certainly recommend and will be back!

The dermaplane facial is fantastic, Kim is great and I can have a laugh with her as we’re chatting. I just wish it lasted longer!!! The massage at the end is lush.
